I am excited to be offering my treatments at KD Wellness Retreat on Wednesdays and Fridays.
After discovering reflexology during my fertility journey I fell in love with it and studied for my Diploma at the Cotswold Academy. My passion for holistic therapies and natural wellness continues to grow, and I am now also qualified in Bergman Method facial reflexology, reflexology for menopause and Indian head massage, plus I am a Reiki practitioner.
Self-care is vital for our mental and physical health, so I ensure that your treatment is time for you to fully relax, to be pampered and to allow your energy to rebalance. I am blessed to live in a beautiful cottage with my husband, two boys and a naughty kitten, where I am usually listening to 90s music, reading, doing yoga or planning our next adventure!
Many private health cash plans allow you to claim for reflexology. Please ask for an invoice as this confirms that I am a member of the Association of Reflexologists and fully insured.

Reflexology is a non-invasive and relaxing complementary therapy that aims to optimise both physical and emotional health. It works by massaging and stimulating specific points (usually on the feet but sometimes on the hands and ears) called reflex points. These points correspond to different parts of the body. I work holistically to treat the whole person not just the symptoms and I will therefore be able to provide general lifestyle advice and support to you.

Emotional Freedom Technique uses principles of CBT, combined with the ancient wisdom of acupressure, to disrupt and neutralise negative thought patterns. It aims to release blockages in the energy system and restore emotional equilibrium. By tapping on specific acupressure points while focusing on emotions and affirming self-acceptance and positive change, you can release tension, heal wounds, and shift your mindset. Whether you're facing stress, trauma, or limiting beliefs, EFT offers lasting relief. There is substantial scientific research to support the efficacy of EFT.
During the treatment we will work together on a personalised script, and I will guide you through the process. We will end with relaxing reflexology to leave you calm and refreshed.

It is a wellness-focused, deeply relaxing and gentle treatment which helps to release tension and emotions held in the face, reduce stress, balance the body and lift the mood. Facial reflexology is a non-invasive, natural way to support clients with migraines, bruxism, bell’s palsy, sinus congestion, insomnia and anxiety. Facial reflexology can be a 60 minute treatment or a 30 minute treatment that combines beautifully with foot reflexology, Indian head massage or Reiki.

Indian Head Massage is a beautiful massage form that has been practiced for thousands of years. It is part of the the Ayurvedic health system, designed to bring balance and wellbeing to the body, mind and spirit.
Treatments are carried out in a seated position and can be performed over clothes, or directly on the skin with massage oil. You also have an option to have nourishing oils applied to your hair.
The massage includes the upper back, shoulders, arms, neck, scalp and face. We hold a lot of tension in these areas, either from emotional stress or poor posture, so a variety of techniques are used to relax the muscles, ease sore spots and leave you feeling relaxed and calm.
